Performance configurator

Enter your hull and engine. The tool runs our sizing calculation, the same Savitsky-based method our engineers use, and returns an indicative top speed, cruise prediction and recommended drive. No other water jet manufacturer offers a public sizing tool.

What the tool does

The configurator solves the same problem our engineers solve for a quotation: does a given hull, at a given displacement, with a given engine, reach planing and what speed does it hold. The hull side runs the Savitsky planing method with a moment balance, the standard published approach for prismatic planing hulls. The drive side runs the Agilis parametric pump model, which sizes the impeller trailing edge pitch and nozzle for your specific engine rather than picking a catalogue step.

The input envelope covers planing craft from 3.5 to 9 m length overall, displacement from 400 kg, engines from 100 to 300 HP (75 to 224 kW) and rated speeds from 2,000 to 5,000 rpm. Results are indicative model data: approximately +/-5% on power absorption and +/-8% on thrust. Final impeller and nozzle sizing is validated by our engineers before manufacture.

3.5-9 m
400-3000 kg, single drive
≈ 0.8 × max beam if unknown
Optional, default 0.34 × LOA
Leave on automatic to compare both drives
100-300 HP at flange
Direct drive, 2000-5000 rpm

We use these details to answer your enquiry and to contact you about it. Full detail in our privacy policy.

Results are calculated from our pump model and the Savitsky method. Indicative only, and subject to confirmation for your hull and duty cycle.

What you get

  • Indicative top speed and cruise prediction
  • Recommended drive for your engine
  • Planing feasibility check
  • Our engineers review every submission

Method: Savitsky planing prediction matched to the Agilis pump model. Valid for planing hulls within the stated ranges.

Why the result is trustworthy

Every submission is reviewed by the engineers who wrote the model.

The prediction you see is the starting point of a real sizing conversation, not a marketing number. The method and its tolerances are stated openly on this page, and every submission lands with the engineers who wrote the model. If your parameters sit outside the envelope, send them through the quote form and we run the full calculation by hand.
